1000-PPS ( cream ) :
This is the unfilled base resin which is ideal for structural applications in corrosive environments. Very good dimensional stability, combined with easy machinability, make TECHTRON 1000 PPS very well suited for precise tolerance machined components. It is usually not used for wear application.

HPV PPS ( deep blue ) :
This reinforced, internally lubricated polyphenylene sulphide grade demonstrates an excellent combination of properties including wear resistance, load-bearing capabilities and dimensional stability, when exposed to chemicals and high temperature environments. Thank to the uniformly dispersed internal lubricant, TECHTRON HPV PPS exhibits excellent wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. It overcomes the disadvantages of virgin PPS caused by a high coefficient of friction, and of glas fibre reinforced PPS which can cause premature wear of the counterface in moving-part applications. It goes without saying that these features, in combination with its excellent chemical resistance, offer numerous application possibilities to TECHTRON HPV PPS in all kinds of industries.

This product is the most recognized PPS.It is the compression molded analogue
to Ryton R4 resin . It offers better dimensional stability and thermal performance
than PPS and maintains its strength to above 220℃.

Bearing-grade PPS is internally lubricated and carbon fiber reinforced compression
molded PPS offering a low coefficient of thermal expansion and uncompromised
chemical resistance . it is well suited for and wear applications or when electrically
material is required.
